You can Subscribe by clicking on the ‘Subscribe’ button. Select your choice of plan and provide us with your personal details. Mobile numbers are mandatory. You can also provide your email for newsletters and give WhatsApp consent for personalized updates.
We do not have a refund policy. Once a subscription is activated, we cannot cancel it. Reach out to our customer care and we shall resolve issues you may be facing.
You can login on multiple devices, but concurrent streaming is limited to 2 devices. Exceptions: Amazon Prime Lite and SonyLIV (Monthly Packs) allow streaming on a single device only.
A subscription plan can only be purchased in India. After purchase, usage outside India may or may not work depending on provider restrictions.
We provide up to HD quality. Some videos may not play in highest quality. Zee5 offers premium HD plan, but 4K is not included in any plan.
Only 10 OTP attempts are allowed in a day. Contact customer care to reset. We recommend creating a password using the ‘forgot password’ option.
Your mobile number is your primary login. We do not currently allow updating phone numbers or email. Please provide correct details during registration.
If the issue is with our bundled subscription plans, write to our customer support team. For other OTT purchases outside our plans, please contact the respective provider’s support.
The provider may have changed the price. We try to keep our database updated. Please inform us of discrepancies, and we will fix them ASAP.
